PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to Principal Sub Court, Madurai to dispose the E.A.No.193 of 2019 in E.P.No.165 of 2008 in C.D.No.255 of 2007 within a time stipulated by this Court.

This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the Principal Sub Court, Madurai, to dispose the E.A.No.193 of 2019 in E.P.No.165 of 2008 in C.D.No.255 of 2007, within a time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the execution application in E.A.No.193 of 2019 in E.P.No.165 of 2008 in C.D.No. 255 of 2007, is pending since 2019 and is getting adjourned several times. Hence, he prays for a direction to the concerned Court to dispose of the same at the earlierst.

3.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Principal Sub Court, Madurai, to dispose the E.A.No.193 of 2019 in E.P.No.165 of 2008 in C.D.No.255 of 2007, within a period of six [6] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
