The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to register the case against the 2nd and 3rd respondent along with 11 persons and consequently directing the 2nd and 3rd respondent to return the original blank paper which was duly signed by the petitioner and his father. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the first respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 13.03.2016, the first respondent conducted enquiry on 21.03.2016 and both parties have agreed to resolve their dispute through appropriate forum.
