O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.20/2024 on the file 4th respondent herein to the file of the 2nd respondent herein or to any other independent Investigation Agency.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner relied on the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2144 and 2147 of 2024 dated 13.03.2024, wherein the Inspector of General, South Zone was directed to pass suitable orders and to transfer the investigation to an officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for conducting investigation.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 13.03.2024, the Inspector 2/5

General of Police, South Zone had already passed the order in C.No.C2/041/2024 dated 27.04.2024, transferring the investigation which is pending against the Muthoot Finance Limited and its brokers, to the Additional Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crime, Madurai District, along with Crime Nos.203 of 2022, 225 of 2022, 49 of 2021, 27 of 2023, 78 of 2023 and 472 of 2021. Now the Additional Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crime, Madurai District, is conducting enquiry in this case along with six other cases.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed. 10.07.2024 NCC : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No jbr 3/5
