(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN.,J) This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for committing grave contempt and gross wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.23322 of 2024, dated 30.09.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Contemnor appeared before this Court in person and submitted a report stating that they have removed all the encroachments in question.

4.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is closed.
