ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.It appears that there is dispute between two communities. Since the other community is not before me, it is not possible for this Court to adjudicate in this issue. The prayer in this writ petition is for directing the first respondent to grant permission for celebrating the petition mentioned festival. I have consistently held that for conducting traditional and customary festival in villages, permission from the authorities is not required.
3.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
