RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7735 of 2021 dated 12/07/2021 on the file of this Honourable court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7735 of 2021 dated 12.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to ill-health the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition and he could not raise the huge amount of Rs.30,90,000/- as stated in the order of this Court. Hence, the petitioner is constrained to move modification petition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the nature of offence only this Court granted the anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6849 of 2021 petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
