RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time stipulated in Crl.O.P.No.7735 of 2021 dated.12/07/2021 and permit the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7735 of 2021 dated 12.07.2021, to surrender and execute sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to his ill-health, the petitioner could not mobilize the huge amount to comply with the condition and arrange sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6851 of 2021 by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 12.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7735 of 2021.
