Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SENTHIL MURUGAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1709 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to the health condition, petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.1709 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.02.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1709 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
