This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to strictly adhere to the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 28.11.2013 in O.A.No.9 of 2001/A4 to celebrate the festival of Arulmigu Sri Periya Aandavar Kovil and Karuppa Samy Temple in Sukkanpatti, Pannappatti, Karur. .

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that this petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the said submission, this petition is closed, as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
