O R D E R

Though the writ petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of a positive direction to the respondents, to pay the accrued arrears of pension and to reimburse the extra deduction of gratuity, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2017, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Hence this writ petition is disposed with the following direction:- Without expressing any view on the merits of the case of the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2017, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
