PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL UNDER SEC 482 of BNSS PRAYER :- For Anticpatory Bail in Crime No.104 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(A) NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 25(1A) of the Arms Act in Cr.No.104 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons were found in illegal possession of 750 grams ganja, three swords and three knives. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent submits that the petitioner is having three previous case pending as against him. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
