This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.OP(MD) No.8720 of 2025, dated 14.05.2025 , to execute the bail bond. 2.While ordering Crl.OP(MD) No. 8720 of 2025, this Court, directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some financial crisis, the petitioner is not able to execute the bail bond and surrender before the concerned Special Court. Hence, he seeks extension of time. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and a further period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Special Court.
