ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court in WP(MD).No.27315 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 wherein this Court has directed the respondent authority to approve the appointment of the writ petitioner.

2.In compliance with the order of this Court, approval proceedings have been issued to the writ petitioner and G.O.Ms.No.191, Higher Education (D1) Department dated 18.08.2025 has also been issued sanctioning arrears of salary.

3.Recording the above said submissions, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
