PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.362 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 24.10.2020, for the offences punishable under Section 366 A and 506(2) of I.P.C. r/w Section 3A and 4 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.362 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Already three earlier bail petitions were dismissed and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police made a submission that there is no change in circumstances and the investigations are still in progress. CRL OP(MD). No.12966 of 2020 releasing the petitioner on bail, there is a likelihood of tampering the evidences and the persons.

3.Hence, the bail petition stands dismissed.
