O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) under the priority category in pursuant to the notifications dated 28.12.2015 issued by the second respondent within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the respondents are prepared to consider the petitioner's representation to participate in the interview scheduled to be held on 16.03.2017.
3. Based on the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- "The petitioner shall appear before the respondents on 16.03.2017 and on such appearance, the respondents shall permit the petitioner to participate in the interview. Based on the decision ultimately taken by the respondents, with regard to eligibility and the other issues, final decisions will be taken by the respondents, whether to consider the petitioner under SC priority category or not. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
