ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct the investigation and to file the final report in Cr.No.91 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police before the concerned Court within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report made ready as early as on 11.04.2023 and the same is yet to be filed before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process within the time stipulated as per Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition 2/4

is disposed of.
