ORDER

This petition is filed seeking transfer of Crime No.230 of 2020 from the file of the 3rd respondent to some other agency or officer.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though it is a case of murder, the 3rd respondent in spite of receiving the photographs and other evidence from the petitioner did not take any proper action. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that 11 witnesses have been examined so far and according to the opinion of the Doctor, death was occurred because of the hypertension and on that basis, further action was dropped on 28.12.2020 and it has been filed before the concerned Court.

Crl.O.P(MD).No.13024 of 2021 4.Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Let a closure report be circulated to the petitioner. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings, after receiving the closure report as per law.

5.With the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner, this petition is disposed of.
