The above writ petitions have been filed for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2023 filed against the proceedings in TIN 33455003977/2011-12, TIN 33455003977/2012-13, TIN 33455003977/2013-14, TIN 33455003977/2014-15 and TIN 33455003977/2015-16, dated 18.11.2022 respectively within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.
