ORDER
The petitioner/defacto complainant has approached this Court with a grievance that the case in Cr.No.332 of 2024 has not been investigated properly and hence, he sought for further investigation. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the investigation is not yet over and they yet to identify the culprit. Further, he submits that the petitioner alone has made allegation that the amount was found missing. Since the alleged occurrence was taken place in odd hours, they are finding it difficult to unearth the truth. The investigation, according to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), is pending.
3.The reasoning offered by the respondent Police is not acceptable. The petitioner is a senior citizen, aged more than 75 years. His case is 2/4
that a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- meant for purchasing goat was found missing from a truck. The third respondent is directed to find out the truth and file a final report, within a reasonable time. The second respondent is also directed to monitor the investigation of the case in Cr.No.332 of 2024.
