PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2022 with regard to disbursement of the amount due to them with accrued interest.

None appears for the writ petitioners. Further the second respondent is represented through the counsel and he placed the relevant facts before this Court.
2. The writ petitioners are employees of BSNL. The petitioners are members of the second respondent Co-operative Society. Their monthly subscriptions have been recovered from their salaries. It appears that since they have retired, the Societies obliged to disburse the amount due to them. The petitioners have given representations dated 25.05.2022 for such disbursement.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the special audit is to be conducted and they would require some more time for settling the petitioners' mentioned arrears.
4. I direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petition mentioned representation regarding disbursement of the amount due to the writ petitioners and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 30.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji
