ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.651 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
3. Already, the petitioner is having previous case in Crime No.76 of 2020. This apart, the allegations of sand mining and transportation of sand illegally are to be crushed as the illegal mining causes damage to the entire ecological system. CRL OP(MD). No.12988 of 2020 pollution by the Government officials also. Thus, the Courts cannot show any leniency in the matter of grant of bail. Illegal mining and transportation of sand causes greater damage to the entire humanity and financial loss to the State. Thus, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
