O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family during the participation in the celebration of kodai festival, on 07.09.2021, to Arulmighu Sri.Puliyadi Sudalaimada Swamy Kovil, Erankolli Pankkar Samuthayam, Kalakkadu, Tirunelveli District and also fix again removed stone mark in front of the temple by the petitioner's husband while he was the administrative of the said temple forthwith.

Crl.OP(MD).No.13036 of 2021 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.09.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the son of the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.569 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, both the parties entered into compromise. Due to which, arrangement has been made for putting up the removed stone in front of the temple. Based upon which, it came to be closed, on 21.08.2021. 3.Since based upon the compromise reached between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. If any violation of undertaking given by the private respondents is noticed, the petitioner may work out her remedy through proper proceedings.

4.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
