[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA,J.] This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.06.2018.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

3. Learned Counsel for the third respondent has sought time for filing counter affidavit.

4. Since the petitioner has sought for a limited prayer to consider his pending representation wherein he sought for removal of encroachment made by the third respondent, we direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2018 on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to the third respondent and all other interested parties, if any and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
