This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.177 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.177 of 2018 has been completed and final report also filed before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
