O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu is with her parents. She was in fact produced before the Judicial Magistrate Court, No.I, Karur on 25.09.2018. The Magistrate has recorded the fact that the detenu was willing to go along with her parents. Accordingly she was set at liberty.

detention is alleged. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed accordingly.
