This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Principal District & Sessions Judge, (Special Court for SC/ST(POA) Act Cases, Pudukottai to consider the petitioners' bail application on the same day on their surrender in Cr.No.120 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Namana Samudram Police Station, Pudukottai District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents has represented that already the petitioners were arrested and released on bail and hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has also admitted the same.

4.In view of the above submissions, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
