This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2023 seeking to remove his name from the history sheet on the file of the 2nd and 3rd respondent herein.
2.Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.
3.The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet on 12.06.2023. Since the same was not considered till date, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider the same by the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that most of the cases registered against the petitioner ended acquittal before the trial Court or in appellate Court. Since 2015, the petitioner is leading a peaceful decent life along with his family. The history sheet was opened in respect of the petitioner 2/4
wantonly.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation made by the petitioner will be taken for consideration in the meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
