O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional District Munsif, Valliyoor, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2019 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that originally the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2019 was filed in the year 2007 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case. 3.Since the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2019 is of the year 2007, the learned Additional District Munsif, Valliyoor, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
