ORDER

The petitioner seeks survey to be conducted in respect of two survey numbers. As regards Survey No.76/2, on 05.10.2023, survey was conducted. Copy of the survey sketch has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. As regards, Survey No.398/8, since the petitioner is not having patta in his name, his request cannot be considered. 2.Recording the stand of the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
