ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to receive the document dated 05.06.2025 executed by the petitioner and to register the same.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that he had submitted a sale deed and the same was rejected orally stating that the petitioner is selling the property without an approval of lay out. However, on perusal of the schedule of the property, it is seen that already there is an existing 12-feet road. The petitioner is not dividing the land into plots or selling it as house sites, but is selling it as punja land. Therefore, the oral objection appears to be incorrect.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner may be directed to resubmit the sale deed and that the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
4. Therefore, this Court is directing the petitioner to resubmit the sale deed within the period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such resubmission of the sale deed, the same shall be registered in accordance with law.

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
