Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.1115 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance to the order passed in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1115 of 2022, dated 24.11.2022 an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, since the complaint given by the petitioner was not true.
