ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the 4th respondent before the respondent Police on 31.05.2025 that he has parked all the vehicles in front of his house. Since the respondent police have not taken any action on her complaint, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to take action on her complaint dated 31.05.2025. 2.In the earlier occasion, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, though learned counsel Mr.S.Lenin Prabhu, entered appearance for the 4th respondent and sought time for filing counter, there is no representation for the 4th respondent today and no counter affidavit is filed by him. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that they have registered a case against the 4th respondent in Crime No.377 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 281, 296(b) and 351(3) of 2/4

BNS. He further submits that the vehicle parked in front of the petitioner's house blocking the access to her house has been seized and it would be produced before the court concerned.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
