Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India issue a writ of declaration declaring the allotment of 25 shops at the new Central Vegetable Market to certain unknown persons in the name of allotment to the members of the defunct association in the name of Urualai Kizhangu Motha Viyabarikal Sangam (Registration No.141/2000) as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent No.3 to bring all the shops which are allotted to the defunct associations / societies and to some individuals through internal settlement to public auction, within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
