JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the matter was settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat, which was conducted on 20.12.2021 by the District Legal Services Authority, Madurai and he has produced the copy of the settlement memo. Hence, he has circulated a letter to the Registry, dated 03.11.2022, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal.
2. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
