This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to measure the property in S.No.35/2B1, measuring 1 acre 25 cents at Kuruvilankottai Hamlet of Sammattividuthi Village, Pudukottai Taluk,

2. The petitioner as the owner of the subject property obtained patta in Patta No.4268, and he was in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. The petitioner was disturbed by the private parties and therefore, in order to avoid trouble, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent to measure his lands and fix boundary stones. The petitioner paid the necessary fees for the same on 19.01.2024. Based on the petitioner's representation, the second respondent issued notice to the petitioner on 28.05.2024 calling upon the petitioner to be present at subject property for survey. Though survey was started but on the objections of the private parties 2/5

the same was stopped. Hence, the petitioner filed the writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the survey is to be conducted on 20.11.2024 with police protection. He further submitted that the survey will be conducted after issuing notice to all the interested parties.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3, a direction is issued to the respondents to conduct survey as proposed on 20.11.2024 after issuing notice to all the interested parties.
