ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction directing the second respondent to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complainant dated 12.07.2021, which is pending before the second respondent.

2.The Writ of Mandamus may not lie for such relief. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in Current Paper No.27591 of 2021. He would further submit that the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry to complete the investigation. 4.Since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and co-operate with the enquiry to complete the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
