ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No. 2035 of 2020 has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondent to conduct investigation and to file a final report in the said crime number.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation in Cr.No.2035 of 2020 has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed, which was also taken on file in C.C.No.186 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
