..Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to return the registered document presented before the respondent within the time fixed by this Court based on the representation of the Petitioners, dated 6.8.2016.

Heard both sides.
2.By consent of both sides, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.No counter is filed on behalf of the Respondent. 4.According to the Petitioners, their representation, dated 6.8.2016 addressed to the Respondent has not been considered one way or other till date, The prayer sought for by the Petitioners in the Writ Petition is to the effect that their sale deeds presented before the Respondent/The Sub-Registrar, Joint IV SubRegistrar Office, Palanganatham, Madurai - 625 003 are to be considered and registered as per Law. It appears that till date the representation of the Petitioners is pending . 5.considering the limited prayer sought for by the Petitioner, namely to consider their representation, dated 6.8.
2016, which is pending on the file of the Respondent without any progress or disposal, this Court, in the interest of justice, Equity, Fair Play, Good Conscience and even as a matter of prudence, directs the Respondent/The Sub-Registrar, Joint IV Sub-Registrar Office, Palanganatham, Madurai 625 003 to look into the representation of the Petitioner, dated 6.8.2016 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned speaking order, on merits(of course after providing necessary opportunity to the Petitioner and others concerned, if any, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, in true letter and spirit ) within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
It is open to the Petitioner to produce copies of all necessary/relevant documents before the Respondent and the Respondent in turn shall take into consideration of the same at the time of disposal of the representation of the Petitioners, dated 6.8.2016. The Petitioners are directed to lend their assistance and co-operation to the Respondent, in disposing of their representation, dated 6.8.2016, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
6.With the aforesaid observation(s) and direction(s), the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
