COMMON ORDER Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

2. These writ petitions are disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

3. In all these writ petitions, the petitioners seek a direction to the second respondent to permit them to pay the additional security deposit in six equal installments.

4. This Court, in W.P.No.12099 of 2021 dated 26.05.2021 passed an order by granting time to pay the Additional Security Deposit in six equated monthly installments. A Similar order was also passed in W.P.No.19524 of 2025 on 28.05.2025 in the case of M/s.Venkatalakshmi Paper and Boards Private Limited, Tiruppur, Rep by its Authorised Signatory, A.Suresh Vs The chairman, Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited and others. 6/8

5. Therefore, I see no reasons to take a different stand. Accordingly, the all the petitioners in the respective writ petitions are permitted to pay the Additional Security Deposit in six equal monthly installments, starting from 01.07.2025.

6. These writ petitions stand disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
