Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent i.e., the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai to carry out the orders passed by the first respondent i.e., the District Revenue Officer, Madurai in his R.O.C.No.G5/19801/2015 dated 20.11.2015 within a specified time. ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to carry out the orders passed by the first respondent, dated 20.11.2015.

2.Heard Mr.S.Viswalingam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

3.Mr.C.Selvaraj, the learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to carry out the orders passed by the first respondent in his R.O.C.No.G5/19801/2015, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 20.11.2015 by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 15.02.2016, 02.06.2016, 07.11.2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
