[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] It appears that the detenu went abroad and his whereabouts are not known from the year 1999 onwards.

2.There is no progress for more than a decade and half. Therefore, we are not inclined to keep this Habeas Corpus Petition pending. If the petitioner gets any new information or material, she can always produce the same before the sixth respondent or even file a fresh petition.
