RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed on by order dated 21/08/2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14701/2018 by another two weeks. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.S.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the sureties and condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14701 of 2018, dated 21.08.2018.

2.This Court while granting anticipatory bail, directing the petitioner to surrender before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to nosection of the leave, petitioner is not able to execute the surety before the jurisdictional Court. Therefore, he sought for modification to produce the two sureties before the learned 11th Metropolitan Court, Saidapettai.

3.This Court consider the request made by the petitioner and inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to execute the two sureties before the learned 11th Metropolitan Court, Saidapettai, within a period of two weeks from today.
