impugned Demand Notice dated 11.05.2026 issued by the 2nd Respondent, and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, and without application of mind, and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to immediately accept the outstanding loan closure amount for Jewel Loan A/c No. JA154611 as it stood on 16.03.2026 without levying any penal or additional interest, and forthwith hand over the 80.100 grams gold chain to the petitioner.
