This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate legal actions against the 6th respondent for his illegal and unruly threat on the petitioner and his family members in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2016.

2. When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
