This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to delete the petitioner's name in the rowdy list in H.S.No.232/2006 maintained by them.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would reiterate the contentions raised in the affidavit. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents police would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.10.2020 will be considered within a period of two months.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondents police are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2020, seeking to remove his name from the history sheet, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
