Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to engage the Rowdy elements as collection agent to collect the monthly installments in the mortgage loan dated 01.08.2023 from the legal heir of the deceased borrower instead of availing reimbursement from the 4th respondent. ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is essentially against the private entities. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be justified. But then, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional police for appropriate relief. If the petitioner alleges any complaint before the jurisdictional police, it shall be taken note of and action taken as per law.
