Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 to 5 or their Subordinates from in anyway interfering with the Petitioner s right to deal with his property including effecting of construction of a gate, arch and name board of the Church in the Property of the Church in Survey No. 283/5, Madhusoothanapuram Village, Agatheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District.
