ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Judge, Tuticorin to dispose of D.O.P.No.163 of 2018 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of D.O.P.No.163 of 2018 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Tuticorin has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the original petition in D.O.P.No.163 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tuticorin was disposed of by order dated 22.01.2020.

3. In view of the above, as already the original petition itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
