O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to issue notice to the Respondent/Contemnor for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.9208 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order dated 08.06.2018, in Crl.OP(MD)No.3677 of 2019, the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.772 of 2016 and closed the case as 'action dropped' and filed a final report before the concerned Magistrate on 14.11.2019. Therefore, there is no contempt is made out as against the respondent. He further submitted that after the death of the defacto complainant, referred charge sheet was served to the wife of the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
