ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 766 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition against the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi in I.A.No.160 of 2020 in O.S.No.248 of 2019 dated 25.08.2021. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Heard Mr.R.Devaraj for the petitioner and Mr.R.Niresh Kumar for the respondents.

3. Mr.R.Niresh Kumar has no objection for allowing this application.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, within one week from today, failing which the petition stands dismissed without further notice to this Court.
